Together, we will work with somatic modalities where talk therapy falls short. Using EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I help adults and couples work directly with the nervous system to interrupt old survival patterns and create lasting, embodied change. I work with with queer identities and ENM relationships.

My approach is warm, attuned, and non-judgmental. Together we’ll set a focused plan with clear goals, practical steps and optional homework. We will move at a pace that supports safety, integration, and real results.
