Hello, I'm Anielkha Jimenez, LCSW 96417. My mission is to reduce suffering in the world, one person at a time. My approach is eclectic to fit all types of needs, and my approach is designed to meet you where you are, focusing on your strength and in strengthening those areas that need tender, love, and care to make you feel complete once again. Understand who you are and what your life looks like. Identify the goal you want to accomplish during our time together. I use person-centered, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-focused, 12-step, narrative therapy, etc., to help you achieve your desired goal.
It has been an honor working with kind people who have struggled with depression, anxiety, and ADHD and people who are sober attending 12-step meetings who need additional support to assist them in staying sober.
