My therapeutic approach utilizing CBT, mindfulness practice, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused, and a strength-based model will assist you to identify your strengths, empowering you as an individual to live your best life.
I believe that psychotherapy can greatly enhance your mood and bring back a sense of balance/purpose to one's life.
