I love helping anyone willing, to (learn to) love and honor the person they are today & recognize their story’s ending is one that they get to choose. I enjoy helping clients who found ways to manage their mental health issues in ways that are no longer serving them. I use an integrative approach: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR & Attachment Focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic & Mindfulness. I want to understand all aspects of you and your mental, physical, and spiritual health, which can include aspects of race, identity and culture.
