About

I invite individuals, couples, and families to collaborate with me on finding their purpose, healing their hearts, and working toward positive change. The power of a healing, safe space can improve your own well-being as well as deepen the connection you have with others. If you want to improve your relationship with your partner, your child/ren, or even yourself, give me a call today.
I've had the privilege of meeting with patients for over a decade. In that time, I have seen the power, and sometimes pain, in human connection. I believe that we each have a purpose but at times, the complicated lives we lead detour us in unpredictable ways. These detours can impact our emotional well-being and our most meaningful relationships.
Using a culturally-informed integrative blend of client-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies, I help couples and families find healthier connections. Exploring meaning and purpose is also central to my work. If you are interested in learning more about my approach or would like to set up an appointment for an evening or weekend, give me a call.
