I have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan with concerns related to relationships, polyamory/open relationships, work-related stress, self-esteem, boundary setting, life transitions, sexuality, trauma, depression, anxiety, perinatal/postpartum experiences, and caregiving—especially for older adults and those with dementia
