Whatever is bringing you here — exhaustion with everyday life, a heaviness you can't shake, relationships that feel harder than they should, or something you can't quite name yet — I hold space for all of it. I never judge; I only listen with care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I ask questions, reflect back, and sometimes gently challenge what may be holding you back. Together we'll explore what's underneath and find a path forward that feels right for you. What my clients tell me — and what I've come to trust — is that people feel truly seen, heard, and safe in this space, no matter what they're carrying.

Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach — including CBT, mindfulness, and EFT Tapping — we'll work together to make sense of whatever is weighing on you: emotional struggles, relationships, substance use, grief, and trauma. I offer specialized support for older adults, caregivers navigating dementia or Parkinson's, and therapy fully in Polish.
