Rather than focusing on blame, we explore what's underneath the conflict- the unspoken needs, the protective reactions, the history that shapes how you show up.
I also support individuals navigating grief, including the losses that don't always get named: family estrangement, leaving your country of origin, losing your sense of self through health challenges, or identity shifts. With my background in immigrant family support and medical family therapy, I bring a culturally grounded lens to our work.
I believe grief and relationship healing share a common path: both require reconnecting with yourself and one another so that healing, meaning, and renewed hope can take root.
