About
This strange time in our world has highlighted the importance of healthy relationships for our overall happiness and health. What it’s also highlighted is that most of us don’t have the relationships we desire—the depth and authenticity, the playfulness and sense of connection are lacking for so many. Let me support you in developing your most important internal resources & using this time to not only protect but strengthen the relationships that are most dear to you. Learn to use the heightened stress of what is NOT working to train your nervous system and strengthen your hearts capacity for greater resiliency and rewarding love
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Somatic sex & relationship therapist, and provider of Ketamine Assisted Therapy, I have 20+ yrs of supporting clients in understanding the wisdom of the body, identifying signals that get them off track, short-circuit ineffective habits & strengthen internal states that are crucial for thriving intimate relationships.
I am trained in Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples, EFT, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Sensorimotor, Hakomi, Mindfulness, DBT & Gottman Therapy. I encourage explorations of masculine/feminine polarities & support the transformative practices of intimacy & sexuality. I also offer support for parents throughout pregnancy, birth, parenting, & co-parenting.
