I work with women and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just tired of doing things the same way. We will talk about the real stuff, and I’ll help you understand where your reactions are coming from and find new ways to respond. We’ll look at how your relationships and the way you see yourself shape what is happening now. Understanding yourself and others gives you more choices, more compassion, and a better chance at the connection you want.

I’m warm, easy to talk to, and genuinely curious about what makes people tick. Therapy should be a place where you can be yourself, feel comfortable being honest, and even laugh when you need to.
