I am a Limited License Professional Counselor (LLPC) who has experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, and relationship issues. I work with adult men & women, adolescent girls aged 15 and up, and couples. I have a special interest in helping couples strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and reconnect with one another.

My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This means I focus on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard and understood, while also offering practical tools to help you work through challenges and build healthier patterns.
