I provide individual counseling to teens and adults with an emphasis on anxiety, mood, attachment, and trauma related disorders. I guide clients in navigating relationship struggles, reconnecting with others, rebuilding trust, strengthening resiliency, and healing attachment. I also support clients on their journey of healing from traumatic events.
