When you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed it can be difficult to find the courage to seek therapeutic support. My hope is that through our sessions you will be able to find peace in the chaos of life. I believe our struggles teach us to center our attention around a part of us that needs to grow. I can help you create this change and manage the feelings that come with this rewarding work. In our sessions you can expect a casual comfort with me and hopefully some laughs as we make our way through this process together.
I am trained in level 1 Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and work from a feminist lens that considers the context of gender and how the mental health of women-identified folks has been impacted by bias and oppression. I am passionately HAES aligned and anti-diet and love working with people ready to confront their relationship with diet culture.
