New clients welcome, Oct 2026. Becoming a parent can feel like stepping through a portal into another world. ADHD can make the transition even more overwhelming. I help mothers, fathers, and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, and the identity shifts of parenthood. Many feel overstimulated, disconnected, or weighed down by the visible and invisible demands of family life. Some have lost themselves, or each other, in the process. Together, we'll explore your capacity and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion.

I help clients understand how their unique brain works with curiosity instead of criticism. Together, we'll uncover what's helping, what's getting in the way, and create compassionate, sustainable strategies grounded in self-compassion, insight, and your unique capacity.

You don't have to wait until everything falls apart to ask for help. Many of my clients are capable, compassionate people who carry more than anyone realizes. Therapy offers a space to put some of that weight down, make sense of what's beneath it, and receive the same care you so freely give to others.
