I have over 15 years of experience counseling couples, families, teens and adults. Counseling can be short -term , solution focused or long term with a CBT focus, depending on your needs and goals. My approaches are designed to help families improve communication, problem-solving, and coping skills. As a LC I support parents with pre-primary children.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Professional Life Coach. I am bilingual English and Spanish- speaking. I am also able to provide Christian counseling to those that desire to have Christian perspective.
