My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves that carry fear, shame, anger, or self-protection—often developed in response to trauma. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, we work with them compassionately so healing & change abound.
Therapy with me is nonjudgmental, affirming, parts-based, insight-oriented, gentle, intentional, paced to your needs, focused on building internal safety, self-trust, and emotional steadiness.
