This includes sexual abuse in the past that is affecting you now. I want women to become stronger and trust themselves again. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can just be yourself.
I have worked in the mental health field for 20 years. I am EMDR and Level 1 IFS trained.
I am accepting a limited number of clients at this time.
