Hi my name is Angie Mayo. I provide in person and teletherapy that exclusively focuses on strengthening the well-being of adult and adolescences who are experiencing anxiety, relational issues, self-esteem, identity development, life transitions, and depression. I provide effective, research-based methods to help my clients make changes and feel better. I enjoy developing relationships with my clients and supporting them using a strengths based approach which feels supportive and non-judgmental using CBT, IFS skills, and ACT.
If you think this sounds like something that you could benefit from feel free to email me and we can get started. Thanks and I hope to talk to you soon!
In addition to private practice, Angie has worked in hospice, college counseling, and foster care settings. Before her clinical work Angie worked as a contractor for the United States Government in Afghanistan, Liberia, and Tanzania and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in South Africa for 2 years.
