Life can leave us carrying wounds that affect how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our future. My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, military members, veterans, first responders, and the families who support them. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, difficult childhood experiences, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They seek a safe place to process their experiences, gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I provide compassionate, trauma-focused care tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT/CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, Motivational Interviewing, and Nonviolent Communication to support healing, strengthen relationships, and foster lasting change.
