From a solution-focused approach I work along side my clients to help them achieve their goals. By assisting clients in adjusting to lifes difficulties, processing past and present events, build coping skills, and learning how to manage lifes stressors, they can "Keep Moving Forward" (Walt Disney) in the ever challenging adventure that is their life.

It is my belief that challenging mistaken beliefs, learning to accept difficult realities, adjusting to life stressors/situations, and building coping skills/resources are the keys to living the best life possible. We all need a little extra help to get over those hills and back on the road we want to be on. I look forward to taking this journey with you.
