I offer both individual and group therapy and my work is grounded in a modern analytic, here-and-now approach, meaning we focus not only on your story but on how it comes alive in the room.

My work integrates several evidence-based modalities, including: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS informed), Psychodynamic, and Group Therapy. Whether we're working one-on-one or in a group, these approaches support healing from issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges—including those rooted in unhealthy or toxic dynamics.

I aim to foster a safe, inclusive space where authenticity and growth can emerge.
