I am not currently accepting new clients. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as working with people who are experiencing eating disorders. I use a collaborative and embodied approach in my work with clients. I admire clients who are at a crossroads and are willing to share their current struggles with a therapist in order to gain insight, and move forward in a way that makes the most sense for them at this point in their lives.
I have worked with people who have eating disorders since 2009, using an intuitive eating framework, often alongside a dietitian. I am trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I am also trained in Structural Dissociative Theory, which often uses parts work.
