I offer trauma-informed interventions (attachment-based, ketamine-assisted, and/or parts work/IFS) to assist you in rebuilding a sense of safety within yourself. My goal is to facilitate healing your relationship with yourself, the longest relationship you have, so that you can access strength and peace long after we discontinue therapy together.
