I believe our deepest heartfelt desire is to be known and loved. It is through this connection we find meaning and satisfaction in life. My passion and intention in working with clients is to meet each person where they are with warmth, compassion and non-judgment. I use holistic and gentle body-mind approaches to assist healing a variety of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression and eating disorders.
I work primarily from a holistic, body centered perspective, but I am aware that every person and nervous system needs its own unique blend of therapy. Therefore, I use an eclectic blend of tools. My therapeutic tool bag includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), iRest Yoga Nidra, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
You can trust that my office is a safe atmosphere. I welcome people of all cultures, sexual orientation, gender, race and religion. It takes great courage to face what is in our way of living a joyful life, so I never take it for granted when someone puts their trust in me and the healing process. I look forward to sitting with you.
