I want to be there for you in the places that so often feel isolating. It's important to me that you have a place in the therapy relationship where you don't have to be 'fine.' My hope for our work together is that your distressing and overwhelming experiences can be connected to your life without fully overwhelming the rest of your life.
I work with individuals, couples and families in my office or via telehealth. Clients come to me when they are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, big decisions, or struggle in their relationships. I have a special interest in supporting those feeling overwhelmed as new parents and those grieving pregnancy and infant loss.
