Are you frustrated with your child/teens behaviors? Is life getting you down? Have you or a family member experienced trauma? I can help! I enjoy working with children, teens, and families when they are in situations that may feel hopeless. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the process, and I strive to help my clients feel hopeful and safe. I specialize in behavioral therapies, trauma therapy, and reality-based therapy.
I am fully trained in PCIT (Parent-Child Interactive Therapy), TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also implement CBT and reality-based techniques in session with my clients.
Please contact me with any additional questions.
