I am a strong proponent of both education and deep understanding in therapy. I have extensive education in several specialties utilizing mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment. This combination makes me unique in being able to offer tools, answers, and deliver powerful and lasting results. I am also a Faith Based therapist. I believe in the power of faith and prayer.
I draw on a number of cutting edge treatments to teach skills for managing distress, intense emotions, and in partners teaching to co-regulate, along with creating healthy attachment. These modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples' Therapy), and DARE-Dynamic Attachment and repatterning experience.
