I’m a somatic and trauma-focused therapist in West Los Angeles and Santa Monica, supporting nervous system regulation and attachment repair. I'm trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, as well more traditional talk therapy modalities. I often help clients navigating anxiety, relational struggles, trauma, and life transitions. I have additional training in working with complex family dynamics, neurodivergence, and parenting. My approach is curious and affirming—and I'm willing to be direct and practical when it’s helpful. I offer simple tools that you can use between sessions to support your progress.
I use an integrative approach to therapy—processing past experiences, exploring attachment dynamics, recognizing patterns, and restoring the mind-body connection. Sessions also include experiential work to support deeper emotional regulation and access to inner wisdom. Together, these approaches can help foster real, lasting change.
My path to becoming a therapist includes time in education, advertising, and living abroad—experiences that inform the grounded, real-world perspective I bring to this work. I see clients in-person in West Los Angeles (on border of Santa Monica), and I also offer online and hybrid sessions. Please reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or at a transition point. In our first few sessions, we'll identify what feels most important to focus on and create a plan together. I frequently collaborate with other clinicians in the field and can also connect you with other resources as needed.
