I specialize in working with clients on stress related to managing depression, anxiety, parenting, chronic illness, fatigue, caregiver burnout, smoking cessation, obesity, and other health-related concerns. I know that making the decision to begin therapy may feel daunting, but it is a step worth celebrating. It would be my privilege to accompany you along this journey. I believe in the importance of holistic care and take a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
A little about me: I received my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2010 and I am currently working towards licensure as an LMHC. I also earned my MPH from Tulane University in 2023, specializing in community health promotion and disease prevention.
In addition to my clinical mental health counseling experience, I have been a Respiratory Therapist for 19 years and I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I enjoy working with teens and adults on a variety of issues. I have appointments available at various times for telehealth only. I look forward to hearing from you!
