I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I hold a Baccalaureate degree (BA) in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master’s degree (MS) in Counseling from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. My formal education and professional experiences have prepared me to counsel individuals, families, and groups.
My mission through therapy is to help provide perspective to adults and youth to help navigate confusing or difficult times, while trying to set attainable goals and give hope and direction. I have a multi-faceted counseling approach that includes person-centered and solution-focused therapy.
My ideal clients are adults, teens, and couples. I have extensive experience working with teens, and I have been working with individuals and couples for a little over two years. I have sound therapeutic relationships with my clients and work tirelessly to help them develop the skills they need to experience the lives they desire.
