We will take an approach that includes a somatic awareness which invites you to notice what's rising inside your body, not just your mind.
While our stories are important, sometimes they keep us stuck in patterns of activation that may not serve us. We will collaborate in accessing parts of yourself that may need compassion and patience. As you are prepared to move toward what is uncomfortable, we can take a less threatening, more creative approach that goes beyond traditional talk therapy.
I have been in private practice for 20 years at 1820, a Center for the Healing Arts. My office is located on three beautiful acres with a garden and view of the mountains. We encourage clients to visit the garden and grounds to connect with nature and enable healing.
