For 20 years I have worked with trauma, abuse, family conflicts, depression, anxiety, identity, self-esteem, sexuality, and other life challenges to help clients feel better and TO HEAL. Using counseling, hypnotherapy, and coaching, I provide support, coping skills, empowerment, and education to help you change your thoughts, heal wounds from your past that may be holding you back, and grow into the person you want to be.
I use counseling and hypnotherapy techniques to help you heal your past and coaching techniques to help improve your future. I am also a Reiki Master and provide energy work with clients who request it. Let's work together to see what methods are best for you.
I do not accept insurance, but do accept private pay clients, and will work financially with those in need of services.
