I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, before completing my graduate training in Community and Agency Counseling from George Mason University. I have extensive experience providing psychological services to adults, children, adolescents, and families of the greater metropolitan area. I specialize in assisting children, adolescents, and young adults with social, emotional, educational, and behavioral concerns. I use evidence-based treatment to reduce internalizing (i.e. anxiety, depression) and externalizing (i.e. acting out, substance use) problems.

My integrative approach to psychotherapy incorporates a focus on the environment, thoughts, feelings, and actions that lead to unhealthy responding. My psychotherapy is specifically tailored to each child's needs, abilities, and circumstances. To promote growth and positive change, I routinely collaborate with therapists, schools, and medical providers.
