I believe in the power of therapy to help people escape the grip of the trauma: I work with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, abusive relationships, rape and sexual violence, terrorism, and political violence. I understand that making a commitment to yourself through psychological therapy is a significant and important step for many people.
I have spent the Last 25 plus years serving in many settings, starting in not for profit organizations, Provide services to the Military and their family working helping individuals with Addiction and Trauma. In addition to helping refugees and survivors of torture. I am a CPT Therapist, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, and Brief Strategic Family Therapist.
I work with anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem issues, personality disorders, and relational problems, psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder.I help families by functioning as a guide for them, and together we develop reference points such as how they can set house rules, talk to each other, and resolve conflicts.
