Accepting new clients! My goal as a therapist is to help you find your true self and the ideal path for your life. Oftentimes, our true selves get buried under the hurt from the past, the auto-pilot of the present, and the fears of the future. Together, we will address that which holds you back from your authentic path, and I will support you as you explore those thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and emotions. I will work to help you identify your inner strength so that you can feel more grounded in the person you want to become.
Clients experience me as energetic, casual, comical, and upbeat. Although my speciality is trauma and anxiety, as a licensed professional counselor with mental health service provider designation (LPC/MHSP), I have the knowledge and experience to work with any individuals 18 years and older who are looking for a holistic, non-traditional style of therapy.
I use an integrative, collaborative approach that honors a client's instinctual ability to heal self. I adjust each session to what the client needs at that time, using traditional talk therapy techniques, as well as non-traditional techniques, such as tarot-based therapy, nature-based therapy, hypnotherapy, experiential therapy, and transpersonal therapy.
