I am a licensed counselor, a certified yoga instructor, and an EMDR therapist, and I love integrating these to provide a truly unique and empowering counseling experience! I call my business Deep Well Journey because I believe that lasting wellness involves a purposeful journey into the deepest parts of the self in order to tend wounds, reconnect with personal values, and discover unique potential and purpose.
I am passionate about providing an emotionally safe and intellectually stimulating environment for people who have spent their lives taking care of others and are feeling unfulfilled, anxious, and depressed. I work especially well with people who appreciate alternative therapeutics like meditation and yoga, and are willing to explore past trauma.
