My approach to therapy is a mix of different perspectives including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy, Client centered therapy, and Mindfulness. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use, personality disorders, trauma, abuse, mood disorders, and grief and loss.
I primarily work with adults and families. I believe strongly in meeting a client "where they are" and that each client is unique. I provide individualized therapy based on your specific needs, goals and issues.
