Life is filled with change. Oftentimes, we have to confront things we never expected. Sometimes, we are faced with overwhelming situations, such as loss or trauma, and we need someone to walk alongside us. Having worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have been privileged to gain extensive experience in a variety of areas. I specialize in working with issues of grief and loss, aging, trauma, life transition, and mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with teens, individuals, and families on both individual and relational issues. I am honored to work together with my clients to promote the life changes that they seek.
