Yet inside its impossible to narrow down your symptoms to one category because you feel ALL of the things, maybe even all at the same time. Confusion, stress, pain, heartbreak, fear, loneliness, sadness and anger are your normal. Because when you've experienced hard, difficult things in your life, those feelings ARE normal. You're tired of "faking" being ok as life has become overwhelming. When was the last time you felt confident and present, able to be ENOUGH for yourself and others? Maybe its time to feel that again.
How amazing would it be to know yourself- why you feel how you do, and how to help it? Instead of taking care of everyone else you could focus on YOU. I specialize in working with adults who struggle to "be enough" and also navigate work, school, relationships and themselves.
