I enjoy working with clients who are struggling with issues that are either acute (recent) or chronic (lifelong). I find that it is particularly important to form a working relationship that will focus on a path of discovery that will begin to identify possible solutions. Often problems can be resolved quickly such as parenting issues and sometimes issues are very complex and require examining a thorough history of life experiences from childhood to the present. I am always amazed how my words stick with people for years and years and I believe that a journey of discovery takes many paths and has many time frames.
I currently offer behavioral health telemedicine consultation and therapy for clients who reside in North Carolina and South Carolina as well as in-person consultation and psychotherapy. Services include Employee Assistance benefits as well as longer term therapy for a wide range of problems related to relationships, mood disorders and stress management.
