My practice is oriented towards helping people connect with their innate wisdom and emotional intelligence to discover within themselves the means to reach more integrated, satisfying and productive lives. I work with older teenagers, adults (individuals and couples), and seniors who suffer from depression, anxiety, loss or grief, relationship conflicts, emotional adjustment, and from conditions related to mood, personality and thinking.
My therapeutic orientation is eclectic, adapting to the needs of each individual. I am experienced in psychodynamic, humanistic and existential approaches to psychotherapy and psychological counseling, as well as in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-focused Exposure Therapy, , and Mindfulness Therapy. I am also skilled in Inner Child Analytical Psychotherapy.
