After completing a Master's of Psychology in Counseling from The Citadel, I received advanced training in multiple therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adult Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-based Therapy, and Hypnosis for trauma resolution.
