I have over Twenty years of experience in the human service field, and have been a licensed therapist for almost fifteen years. My diverse background ranges from adolescents, adults, couples and group counseling. I have extensive experience helping to treat symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders and other various symptoms. It is my belief that individuals can and want to continue to grow in their lives. Counseling is about creating a supportive environment to make this happen.
