At Everlasting Wellness LLC, we understand that finding a therapist you feel comfortable with and trust is extremely important. We offer a safe and trusting space and work at your comfort level. Everlasting Wellness specializes in Pregnancy, Postpartum and Maternal Issues, Trauma, Sex Therapy, Sexuality, D&A, Acute and Chronic Medical Diagnosis and Women's Issues as well as Young/Older Adults and College Students. We come with an array of experiences, professionally and personally. We offer groups, individual, couples, and family counseling. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I care deeply about helping my clients reach their goals by identifying strengths, discovering possibilities, and finding balance in the troublesome areas of their lives. I work with families and individuals to improve connection and communication. I work with you to cope with depression, anxiety and overwhelm. I help people to develop skills to hear and connect to one another in enriching ways. I also work with couples and individuals adjusting to major life changes. I work with individuals to develop skills for coping with anger, anxiety, boundaries, trauma, and stress. As your therapist I will work with you in creating and sustaining your relational and emotional health.
