I earned a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Counselor in Pennsylvania. My training is mainly in neuroscience, experiential learning, psychodynamic psychotherapy and couples therapy. My practice is based on Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and other Experiential Dynamic Therapies.
These are evidence-based approaches that lead to resolution of emotional difficulties. Life is difficult. Pain and loss are unavoidable.
