I have 15 years of experience working with all types of clients. I have worked with teens/adults with depression, anxiety, and life changes. I help give my clients the tools that they need to live their life with less stress and worry. I offer all my clients a supportive place to discuss anything on their mind. I also offer a holistic approach looking at the root cause of mental health issues. I have studied nutrition and functional medicine.

Moms support group
Moms who are looking for connection and support. Learn skills to lessen anxiety and have more balance in life. I use a holistic and positive coaching approach. Starting on 3/12/24 join us on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am. Reach out for more information. $50 per session, $200 for the 4 weeks and clients must commit to all 4 sessions to benefit the group.
