To my future client, Hello! Thank you for taking the first steps in choosing you. My goal at Choosing Destiny is to assist you in creating and being an active participate in your own destiny! I consider myself as a facilitator in the therapeutic journey. As people we are beautiful, complex individuals with at times equally complicated relationships. In my practice I bring an open and non judgmental mindset into every session, which allows for a safe environment conducive in you doing your work.
I have a wide range of experiences, which allows me to bring several different perspectives into the therapy room. I am a Family Systems Therapist with an extensive trauma based background. I believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual, and that is what I do for my clients.
Looking at and understanding relationships is the core of what I do. Relationships shape up and inform the way the we move in the world around us and are an intricate part of the therapeutic process.
