I feel strongly that creating a warm atmosphere in which individuals can safely and authentically tell their story is crucial to healing.
Through a process of non-judgmental self exploration, I believe clients can come to better understand patterns of behavior that they wish to change and that they may develop more effective ways of communicating with others in their world.
I may be a good fit for clients who are looking to address grief, anxiety and panic, relationship difficulties, trauma, the challenges of parenting, chronic illness, are experiencing burn out, or are navigating life transitions. I am Level 1 IFS trained and hold counseling licenses in both NH and PA. I offer Telehealth in these states only at this time.
