I work with individuals to enhance their relationships, manage their anxiety and stress more effectively and help them to achieve a greater sense of happiness and satisfaction in their lives.

Primary areas of focus in my practice include addressing issues associated with anxiety, depression and everyday stress, as well as, navigating life transitions (ie: entry into new stages of life, career change, relocation and relationship transitions etc.)

Unlike group practices, I personally handle all aspects of the therapy process (from making appointments to providing the therapy and billing). Such personalization provides an increased sense of comfort and also allows for the utmost in privacy and confidentiality.
