Natalia Piszczek is a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 5 years of experience within the mental health field. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults with various presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD, trauma, poor coping skills as well as low self-esteem, life transitions, and chronic stress. Natalia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Art and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience and specialized training in optimizing mental wellness, developing healthy relationships, and cultivating confidence.  Based firmly in neuroscience, evidence-based practice, and psychodynamic therapy techniques, I guide my patients every step of the way in developing new attitudes towards life's most complex matters. I have over 20 years of clinical experience. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacific Graduate School of Professional Psychology-Palo Alto.

Dr. Shannon Coleman is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides virtual psychotherapy to adults and couples. Dr. Coleman received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Binghamton University (SUNY). With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Coleman specializes in evidence-based treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, anxiety (e.g., social anxiety, OCD), depression, anger, relationship conflict, and coping with life stressors.

We all have moments in life when we don't know what to do, or simply can't figure out the next step. Often when something is too difficult for us to handle we talk to someone else. Whether its, stress, lack of motivation, anger, sadness, grief, or relationship issues, I am here to help. My goal is to help you move towards growth and connection. I am a License Mental Health and a National Certified Master's Level Drug and Alcohol Therapist. Presently, I am the only National Certified Anger Management Specialist in Harrisburg and Carlisle. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults in areas including, but not limited to, anger management, trauma, sexual behavior problems, depression, and anxiety. I have a play therapy room for children of all ages and engage in creative play to help children process feelings. I also encourage families to be a part of the counseling experience. In my professional opinion this helps to promote inclusion and a better general understanding of practices that can be used in the home and outside of counseling.
